1. Accounts

Students and parents/guardians must provide accurate account information and protect their login credentials. Parent/guardian contact details must be updated before payments are made for a student account where required by the platform.

2. Tutor discovery and booking

Students may browse available tutor information. Login is required to access tutor card details and use booking functionality. Tutors are independent providers and may decide whether to accept a student or booking request.

3. Classes

Ahavidya classes are conducted online by independent tutors. Ahavidya provides the platform and booking/payment infrastructure and does not itself conduct tutoring classes.

4. Communication

Students, parents/guardians and tutors should use Ahavidya's platform for class-related communication. Do not use the platform to arrange off-platform payments or circumvent Ahavidya's booking process.

5. Parents and minors

Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising a minor's use of the service as appropriate. Communication involving minors should remain professional, safe and learning-related.

6. Payments and cancellations

Payments are processed through Razorpay and received by WORKENGINETECH PRIVATE LIMITED. The applicable cancellation and refund rules are described in Ahavidya's Refund & Cancellation Policy. Student no-shows are not refundable.

7. Prohibited conduct

  • Harassment, threats or abusive communication.
  • Discrimination or inappropriate conduct toward tutors or other users.
  • Fraudulent or misleading information.
  • Unauthorized sharing of another person's personal information.
  • Off-platform payment solicitation or circumvention of Ahavidya's booking process.

8. Complaints and account action

Concerns about a tutor, booking, payment or safety issue can be reported to admin@ahavidya.com. Ahavidya may restrict or terminate accounts where necessary to protect users or enforce its policies.
